Shackfuyu & The Cornwall Project

LIMA / Shackfuyu

Two day residency of Shackfuyu Soho at the Bone Daddies Workshop in Bermondsey.
Hosted in collaboration with The Cornwall Project, the menu will feature some of Shackfuyu's classic items such as Iberico Pork Pluma, 4 Miso Aubergine with Bubu Arare and THE Kinako French Toast, alongside dishes incorporating Cornwall's best seasonal produce. A Japanese sake expert will be on hand on Friday and a full bar will serve Japanese-inspired cocktails, a new twist on the Bone Daddies Frozen Yuzu Margarita and Japanese beers and whiskies, all accompanied by the Bone Daddies soundtrack of classic rock.
Tables allocated for 2 hours.
