It doesn’t matter what stage of your healing or spiritual journey you are on. Your inner Goddess will meet you where you’re at and She always has more secrets to reveal!Embodying Shakti will help you to:<ul><li>Heal painful physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual blocks. </li><li>Remember your power and feel confident to express yourself in your daily life.</li><li>Lead by example with the utmost reverence for Mumma Earth! </li><li>Cultivate the energy for kundalini awakening!</li></ul>Don’t worry, this won’t be a fluffy course which you leave feeling no further ahead. It also won’t be filled with dogmatic or religious practices you have to do for hours morning and night!I channelled this Shakti Immersion the night after a deep vision quest and more details have been coming through in the weeks since! It feels like a very significant offering and I’m honoured to be trusted to share it with you. The Shakti Immersion is queer-friendly and specifically designed for beings with female genitalia. The intention is to create a safe space for beings to gather and connect with our sacred womb wisdom. The intention is not to exclude anyone but to acknowledge the powerful container created when yonis unite in circle.Tantra is is a spiritual path which worships the Goddess (mother earth and the divine feminine energy within all life forms). Katie will make reference to this throughout the Shakti Immersion. She will use the words of the feminine temple (women, sisters, womb, yoni, female, femininity, witches, tantrikas etc.). The intention is never to misgender anyone but to use the energetic power behind these words to connect with the divine feminine energy within all beings. Katie received traditional tantric training in India. On her journey to transmute sexual trauma, she has also found great value in hypnotherapy, health coaching, fertility counselling, neo-tantric and shamanic practices. So, she combines what she has experienced to be the most potent techniques to create a transformative ceremony for all attendees.Katie is a trauma-informed practitioner and has experience holding space for women processing trauma. However, Katie asks that you take radical responsibility for your self-care during the Shakti Immersion. She will regularly remind you to check in with yourself during events and on the group chat. Katie asks that you honour your needs in every moment. All parts are optional!The Shakti Immersion is a 4 week in-person and online program beginning on Monday 2nd January. You will also have access to the online portal for life!Each week, we will immerse ourselves in the energy of a different Tantric Goddess. We will connect with Her spirit and learn to feel Her within our own consciousness. Your yoni can show up as she is: blood pouring, trauma tensing, or in orgasmic bliss. And you can show up as you are: tears falling, nervous laughter, or ecstatic moaning. All is welcome! The schedule for each week will be as follows:Monday - Receive access to online portal with the following offerings so you can revisit or catch up on the in-person experiences:<ul><li>Invocational Mantras</li><li>Breathwork and Chakra Alignment</li><li>Movement Practice </li><li>Ecstatic Dance with Spotify Playlist </li><li>Yoga Nidra Drumming Journey with the story of the Goddess to help you deeply connect with Her essence. You can listen to this intentionally in meditation or passively as you fall asleep where your subconscious will absorb the transmission.</li><li>Journaling prompts to help you channel the wisdom of the Goddess in a way that is relevant to your personal experience of life. </li></ul>Tuesday - Shamanic Tantra class 10:00 - 11:15am at About Balance, Brighton.<ul><li>Chant tantric mantra to invoke the Goddess.</li><li>Bring our chakras into alignment with Hers.</li><li>Move our bodies with Her energy (through traditional asana, mudra, and dance).</li><li>Allow Her energy to permeate our cells with shamanic drumming. </li></ul>Wednesday - Dance with the Snake 7:00-8:00pm at Sunflower Studio, Brighton.<ul><li>An ecstatic dance journey where we will open our bodies to release what’s not in alignment with you.</li><li>Allow the Goddess to move through our physical vessels with love and joy!</li></ul>Thursday - Tantric Goddess Ceremony 7:00-9:00pm at Sunflower Studio, Brighton.<ul><li>Set an intention and invoke the Goddess through tantric mantra.</li><li>Intensive breathwork, hypnotherapy, and drumming journey where you may experience visions of and messages from the Goddess and a release of what’s not in alignment with you.</li><li>Integrate, with shaking and moving, singing to the Goddess, and sharing with the group.</li></ul>Friday and Saturday <ul><li>Rest and integration. </li></ul>Sunday - Nature visits 10:00-12:00am at various locations, Brighton (see below).<ul><li>We will gather in nature to integrate any teachings from the week and close the container for the Goddess we have been working with.</li></ul>BONUS<ul><li>Whatsapp group for community support and accountability.</li></ul>It's ok if you can't attend every event or complete every online practice within each week. You will receive so much by simply being in the container with us! And every aspect of this program is available online for life!Week 1: Kali and Durga They will help us with shadow work, sacred rage, and trauma release. Durga and Her form as Kali will give us the strength and power needed to take the (sometimes emotionally challenging) divine feminine path. We will burn anything which is no longer serving our highest purpose and allow it fuel our fire. At the end of the week, we will gather for a sauna and fire ceremony at Beach Box, Brighton and give anything to the fire which we are ready to let go of.Week 2: Lakshmi After a whole week of shadow work, it will be be time to come to the heart and the medicine of the rose. Lakshmi will guide us to connect with auspiciousness, the knowing that success is in our future. As the Goddess of abundance and worldly enjoyment, she will help us connect with the ever-present nurturing force of Mumma Nature. This week will conclude with a journey into the South Downs by bus from Brighton (or meet us in your car). We will grow our roots into the ground to receive the medicine of the earth and allow the power of the wind to infuse our warrior hearts (bring a rain coat!). Week 3: Saraswati Once deeply connected to our hearts, we will be ready to journey into the creative potential of our wombs with radiant loving energy. As the creative Goddess, Saraswati will help us to channel that which comes through our sacred womb portals. We will open our throat chakras and hips so we can express our divine gifts! This week will culminate in a sea swim at Brighton Nudist Beach (quick dip as it’s January and nudity is optional!) so we can immerse ourselves in the power of the ocean and allow Her to wash away any doubt in our feminine magic. Week 4: Lalita In the final week, we will have done enough self-work to step into our sacred sexuality with the purest intentions. This isn’t so much about becoming a great lover (although this may be an unexpected bonus)! Lalita will help us cultivate, channel, and protect our sexual energy so that we can come closer to experiencing life as an ever-unfolding orgasm! To celebrate the end of our program, this week will finish with a group pleasure practice and sister ceremony at Bristol Gardens Naturist Spa, Brighton (this will be a safe space where self-touch and nudity are optional)! The investment for the 4 week program is £333.
