Setting up your own business is one of the most challenging and exciting things you can undertake in your career. The Shape Programme has been developed to provide support at those important first steps with focus on people who are underrepresented in the construction sector.

Our mission is to positively impact inclusion and diversity in the built environment. Our work focuses on breaking down barriers to opportunities for industry students, graduates and founders who are underrepresented in the sector.
We do this by creating the link between individuals and organisations to proactively address inclusion through strategy, mentoring and talent services. As a not-for-profit company, all income earned or raised is used to support BBU’s mission.
