A faith and community partnership event for our shared future.
Faith partners across West Yorkshire are central to community strength, wellbeing, and cohesion. Shaping West Yorkshire Together is an evening of dialogue, celebration, and collaboration between diverse faith communities and the Combined Authority.
This event will:
- Celebrate the contributions of multi-faith groups who play a vital role in strengthening local communities through education, wellbeing, childcare, and social support.
- Build understanding of the Combined Authority’s vision and Local Growth Plan among multi-faith leaders, highlighting opportunities for collaboration in areas such as skills, education, and community development.
- Reaffirm the Mayor’s commitment to inclusivity and partnership, ensuring that all communities feel represented, valued, and actively involved in shaping West Yorkshire’s shared future.
This event is designed for:
- Faith leaders and representatives.
- Organisations working with faith-related communities.
To participate, it is necessary to book a ticket (free).
All ticket holders will be subject to a photo ID check and security search of any bags or carried items. Bags over A4 size are not allowed.
Please be advised that an official photographer/filmmaker will be present at the event and photos/videos may also be shared publicly after the event, make yourself know to a team member if you do not wish to feature.
