With the backing of NHS England, the Yorkshire and Humber Care Record is proud to host the first Shared Care Record Summit in Leeds.

**REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE EVENT**U﻿PDATE For anyone who cannot attend the 10am introductory and 4pm closing sessions on both days will be live-streamed via YouTube.<a href="https://www.youtube.com/@yorkshireandhumbercarereco1698/streams" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">LIVE STREAM VIA YOUTUBE</a> OVERVIEW: Following the creation of Integrated Care Systems (ICS) across England, there has been an increase in the adoption and spread of Shared Card Record (ShCR) solutions to support regional health and care communities. Colleagues from all 42 ICSs are invited to hear positive impacts as a result of ShCR adoption, from both staff and patients&#x27; perspectives. We will have senior NHS England colleagues updating on the national picture and future of ShCR as well as support from technology partners on their latest functionality. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:As well as hearing about good practice and the benefits, the event will also explore some of the current challenges and issues on Shared Care Record solutions. Suppliers are invited to sponsor and support this event and address the key issues directly with partners with a view to making improvements to benefit all.W﻿HO SHOULD ATTEND:E﻿ach ICS can registrer a number delegates and depending on the maturity of ShCR work you may wish to send your CIO/CCIO, Programme Leads, Project Managers, IG Experts, Clinicians, Stakeholder Engagement Managers.
