We are your friendly, local Hub invested in providing bespoke training and development to meet your needs.***As a Training Hub, we are funded by NHS England and the NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System. <h2>We are pleased to invite you to this Shared Learning Programme event</h2> The Shared Learning Programme is a monthly clinical programme open to all health professionals that is accessible by TEAMS. Their aim is to bring together colleagues across the Nottinghamshire Health Community providing an exciting platform for shared learning.As we progress the development of our integrated care system and seek new and innovative ways of working together for the benefits of our population we know that there are opportunities to break down some of the traditional walls that exist between primary and hospital based care.The sessions are scheduled to take place on the 1st Wednesday of each month between 19:00 – 19:45, chaired by a primary care clinician.The programme for the sessions can be found below.
