Course Overview


A brief interactive introduction to Sharing Control and the skills involved (including Empowerment, Coaching and Delegation) for Advisers and Support Advisers. This skill is a key element in working in partnership and building success in programmes such as Biodiversity Net gain and Nature Recovery Networks.

The course will be delivered by experienced trainers from Interaction who deliver the senor leadership programme for Environmental Collaborative Leadership Programme. This course dovetails into this leadership programme and is an excellent starting point for those looking for a long term development journey.
