On this evening, Charlotte will share her journey: the career choices she made (and why) and the challenges she’s faced along the way — both professionally and personally. Expect honesty, reflection, and nuance rather than polished success stories.
Charlotte is currently Global Commercial Director at Ramboll Energy and has extensive international experience across strategy, business development, and commercial leadership. Previously, she held global leadership roles at A.P. Moller–Maersk, led marketing and communications at scale, and founded her own digital marketing company.

This will be a safe, open, and candid space. After the conversation, the floor will be open for questions and dialogue.
