Will there be a chance to ask questions?

Yes definitely. We will have a Q&A at the end where you will be welcome to ask any questions. This will be an interaction workshop with an opportunity to share your thoughts or experience relevant to each area we will be exploring.

Question 2

Will you be providing coaching in this workshop?

Accepted Answer

I have kept this workshop to just an hour, so it can be more accessible to people with it being at the end of a working day for most people. So it is unlikely that I will be able to really provide any coaching for anyone individually, however I will be sharing coaching  throughout the workshop.

Is this a one off session, or will there be an opportunity to do more around this?

This is part one of two sessions. Following this, is a workshop that allows you to really integrate what we share on a deeper level, with more opportunity to really experience the shifts that are possible from this work. There's also the opportunity to join our Sisters Thrive community.
