She+Choir is a cooperative choir. We welcome all women, non binary and gender queer people.

She+ Choir Reading is a cooperative choir.

We sing our own arrangements and make decisions collaboratively.

We welcome all women (whether cisgender or trans), non-binary and gender queer people and actively strive to offer a welcoming, safe space for anyone with these identities who wants to sing with us.

Just to note that currently our arrangements use the vocal ranges of alto, mezzo-soprano and soprano (you can read more about vocal ranges and how to find your own here).

All members are free to have as much or as little involvement in the organisation of She+ Choir as they want, but everyone needs to share our values of cooperation and collaboration. The choir is open to and encourages active participation from all members, from leading the physical and vocal warm up to conducting and arranging songs or organising gigs. We try to foster a non-judgemental and open space where everyone feels able to have a go, regardless of experience.

Remember, if you can sing in the shower, you can sing in our choir.
