Make Your Own Pottery Sheep Yarn Bowl!

Join us for a fun workshop where you'll get to craft your very own adorable sheep-shaped yarn bowl. Perfect for keeping your yarn tangle-free and your knitting cozy! No experience needed, just bring your creativity and have a blast molding your unique pottery piece. Don’t miss out on this relaxed and artsy evening!

• We will make our yarn bowls by using a plastic bowl as a basis for the form to take it's bowl shape.
• We will sculpt the sheep head and features onto the bowl.
• We will use decorating slips to add colour and details to the sheep.
• Your bowl will then be dried, fired and glazed in a shiny glaze.
• Pottery will be ready to collect in 4-6 weeks.

How to find the studio?

Please wait in the cafe / reception area of the John Marley Centre, and Chelsea will come and collect you at the start time of the workshop so we can walk down together, as it is not signposted.

IMPORTANT INFO:

Please ensure you are on time for the workshop as you may be refused entry and no refunds or transfers will be given. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will not be able to participate to avoid disruption to the flow of the workshop. If you have any issues on the day of the workshop, please call 07703776177.
