<h2>About this Event</h2><p>CIOB South Yorkshire Hub has organised a half-day conference focusing on key developments which are changing the face of the city centre of Sheffield and South Yorkshire on October 25th, 2022. With presentations providing an insight into the Heart of the City Development as well as the Atrium project at Sheffield Hallam with the Sheffield Hallam Alliance.</p><p>The Heart of the City Development once completed will have created 1.5 million square feet of individually designed and repurposed buildings surrounded by newly developed public spaces. The aim of this project is not only to redevelop the city centre but to create 7000 brand new jobs through the scheme as well as 3.7 Billion economic activity to be brought into the city by 2030 from the project.</p><p>Sheffield Hallam and the Sheffield Hallam Alliance are currently undertaking the Sheffield Hallam Master Plan. This includes the completed refurbishment of the University Atrium along with the construction of a new Sheffield Business School and College of Social Sciences and Arts.
