Welcome to Sheffield Draft Night, an open mic for works in progress.

Central Library

Each month, readers have 3-5 minutes to read from their manuscript. Readings will be just enough to leave us wanting to know, hear, or read more. This is a space for writers and readers, publishers, editors, agents, and anyone who loves to hear a good read. 18+Sponsored by Sheffield Libraries, all are welcome to this free event, held every second Wednesday of the month. Light refreshments provided.
