The Instituto Cervantes, the official Spanish Government Centre, is a public institution founded in 1991 to promote Spanish language teaching and knowledge of the cultures of Spanish speaking countries throughout the world.

Óscar de los Reyes Murillo, who is a renowned writer of contemporary narrative, presents one of his latest novels: 'Shell Hunter' (2018).
Nacho is a young writer in search of a good story to tell. Under pressure from his editor and an alarming loss of ideas, he decides to embark upon a journey that takes him from Bilbao to Madrid and Lisbon, where he discovers a filthy world of elitism he has never experienced before.
