Event description
Two one-hour workshops for absolute beginners open to women of all ages that wish to experience the deck for the first time!

About this Event

We are interested in making learning to DJ more accessible to women and create a safe space where you can learn, share and practice together.

Sessions are one hour long and include a chance to use some specially selected affordable equipment that would be good for home practice. You will also be given tips, useful links to further your practice and the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session. With a maximum of five participants in each class the workshop will deliver a brief introduction to theory, a demonstration and hands-on practice!

Workshop leader: Rosy Ross

Rosy Ross is a DJ, Threads Radio resident and founder of open decks club There's Been A Mix-Up.
