SHiFT Croydon Information Session

Come along to a drop-in info sessions to meet the team, hear what’s ahead, and learn how SHiFT will work alongside partners in Croydon.

We’re SHiFT, a systems change organisation working across the UK with children and young people caught up in, or at risk of, cycles of crime. This Spring, we’re proud to be partnering with Croydon Council to open a brand new SHiFT Practice in Croydon.

Come along to one of our drop-in info sessions to meet the team, hear what’s ahead, and learn how SHiFT will work alongside children, young people, families and partners across Croydon. The new Practice will be a specialist team made up of 1 Lead Guide, a hands-on leader supporting the team while working directly with 1 young person, 4 Guides, each working intensively 6 young people over 18 months and 1 Practice Coordinator. Together, they’ll build trusted relationships, work across systems, and help children and young people break free from cycles of harm.

They’ll be sharing more about SHiFT, the Croydon vision, and how we can work together. Cakes will be provided by The Clink Bakery at HMP Brixton, where people in prison train towards City & Guilds qualifications while creating artisan bakes.
