Women In Management is an independent network which supports the aspiration of women of all ages; providing opportunities to lead, to learn and to make a difference where ever you are.Our Community is made up of individuals who are passionate about encouraging and developing the skills, knowledge, and experience of girls and women.  Our members are female, male, all ages, cultures, ethnicity, religions, gender or sexual orientation – our focus is entirely on women’s development.We believe that where ever you are right now you in your life you have something to share with others; we are here to create opportunities to help you do this in a variety of ways.

The Women’s Awards Community will be having an online networking event on Friday 12th February 2020 at 12 o’clock. We’ve chosen lunchtime because we know that many women struggle with evening events, even online events because this is the time we spend with our families. Networking is important for our growth and progression and we don’t want you to miss out. At this networking event, we will be discussing ‘Amplification’ as a tool to support ourselves and other women in business and career. At each of our monthly networking events, we will focus on a different topic to support you in dealing with and addressing the challenges you face in your business or career. Joining me is my Guest Dr. Hushneara Miah, Founder of the Centre for Sustainibility and will be talking about her path to starting a social enterprise. &#x27;If I Can, You Can&#x27; is the name of her brief talk. You will also have lots of opportunities to connect with other women across many other sectors.So, if you’d like to join us please book your place and you will receive the Zoom link to join us. If you are already a member of our community, these monthly online events are free of charge for you to attend.
