Shine Swindon - early literacy & language. Session three

.☀️Shine Drop in for Swindon is an informal, welcoming and supportive group session for mother's wanting to reach out, to find and give support in others experiencing similar emotions and feelings. Anxiety, Postnatal and Ante Natal depression (with or without a formal diagnosis) feelings of isolation and loneliness and those hoping to make some supportive and meaningful connections and support network. And for past, present and future mothers that have attended our workshops.

☀️We have a no pressure environment, if you want to come and play with your little ones and just listen to some adult chit chat, you want to be able to sit with a hot drink, or vent in a secure group we are here for you. Based at Christ Church Community Centre Cricklade Street SN1 3HB with a suggested £2 donation.

☀️The Facebook page is a 'closed group' so non members of the page will not be able to see posts and your posts will not appear on your own news feeds so please do use this page as a secure place to vent, to seek further information about Shine as a group, you may have made a connection with someone at drop in that you would like to reach out to on Facebook. Any questions, thoughts or suggestions are welcome here too. This page will be specific to the Swindon Shine.
