Shine Together is Cardiff and Vale's Learning Disability Network.

We want people with learning disabilities, their families and carers and professionals to help us design the network.

• Build a network so people can share ideas, experiences and what amtters to them.
• Ask, listen, and act on what people say.
• Help people find out information about services and opportunities intheir area.

• People with a learning disability.
• Families and carers.
• Health, Social Care and Third Sector professionals.
