Show Up Games

Something is happening in Newcastle this summer and you need to be part of it.

Show Up Games is a female focussed fitness event built around community, competition, and showing up together. And we're opening the doors a little wider.

Five stations. Ten minutes each. Pairs in the morning, Teams of 4 in the afternoon. Foundation or Performance, you choose your level on the day. No wrong choice. Just yours.

You'll work harder than you thought you could. You'll cheer on people you've never met. You'll finish something you weren't sure you could start. And you'll leave wanting to do it all over again.

The women's waves are for women. The mixed pairs wave is open to anyone. Bring whoever you want to show up with. Because we know confidence and barriers don't discriminate.

Coming alone? Good. Buy a solo ticket and you will be placed into a pair or team depending on numbers. You'll hear from us no later than 2 weeks before the event with everything you need to know about your partner or team.

All participants must be aged 16 or over.

You walk in nervous. You leave proud.
