It's a chance for people to feedback on what's going well, what new things we'd like to try and what has run it's course.T he day will start with a series of break-out sessions that will include topics such as; a review of our safer spaces policy; discussing how sustainable our current projects are and proposals for new systems to encourage greater participation in decision-making.F rom there we will move on to a report on the last year's activities and a review of the accounts.F inally we will hold elections for our board of trusteesO nce the business of the AGM has concluded we'd love to invite our community to have a bit of a shindig and join us for a party in the space.T his is not a ticketed event. Details for those who wish to join online and proxy voting coming soon.-–ACCESS NOTESThe Zero Waste Hub is on the ground floor with a small step at the entrance. A ramp is available upon request. All the public spaces throughout the building are step free and there are gender neutral and powerchair accessible toilets (no changing places toilet) with hand rails.SHRUB is a sober space with quiet music and low lighting. Noisy sirens do go through the neighbourhood. We do not have a hearing loop installed.Our venue is located near bus stops served by the following routes: 2, 35, 34, 16, 11, 24, 12, 10, 36, 47.
