The big Birchwood-based festival... a local festival for local people!

ShwoodFest = Birchwood Festival

A summer celebration that aims to bring people together on the Birchwood estate, providing a top quality event, with some UK Garage legends at an crazily affordable price.

Our headliners:

Artful Dodger: UK Garage legend with two songs that got the number 2 in the UK charts, and five other songs in the UK top 40 charts.

Shelley Nelson: Another UK Garage legend, best known for her song 'Here's where the story ends' which reached number 7 in the UK charts. Shelley had four songs in the UK top 40 charts.

During the day:

Open mic featuring several local talents, inflatables, licenced bar, food vendors, Gospel stories, powderpaint fight and more...

Organisers:

Ignite Elim Church (a Birchwood-based Pentecostal Church) are collaborating with Jealous Entertainment, and several other local organisations to bring you this event. Whilst the Church are organising the event, this doesn't mean that it will be 'churchy' as Ignite Elim Church are well known for their laid back, non-churchy vibe. This is a missional event meant to be a blessing to the local estate.

Who's invited?

Everyone is invited! We'll be keeping 10% of our tickets to one side for local folks who may not be able to afford the small ticket price. We will also have a discount code for people who live on the Birchwood estate, but everyone is invited!
