We are a collaborative team who are passionate about empowering Local Youth Leadership and creating a space where local youth can showcase their natural gifts and talents with their community.

The SICK Team

This event is a safe space showcasing local young talent in the Waltham Forest area, and will be an opportunity for young people to have a voice in our community.  
There will be Speakers, Spoken Word/Poetry, Dance, Music & more...
The audience will have the opportunity to speak with local service providers for young people in our borough - from sports to music and dance.  Local young entrepreneurs will  be selling their products and food and drinks will be available to purchase. 
On purchasing a ticket you are consenting to videos and photographs to be taken. 
10% of all proceeds will be donated to "Feet on the Streets" (Save a life; say NO to homelessness)

S.I.C.K (Social Initiatives to Change the "K"ulture))
The S.I.C.K. programme is a 5 day workshop run by experienced professionals and coaches covering areas such as creativity, social media, marketing, individual & community empowerment. The delegates are 19-26 years old.   
The S.I.C.K. sessions primary beneficiaries are young people (5-18 year olds) in our borough. Through workshops they discover who they are and learn through music and other forms of creativity - in a safe space.  These  sessions are faclitiated by young adults who have been through the S.I.C.K. programme.
The programmes are funded through community donations for the development of young people in an innovative way.  
If you would like to contribute to this project, we welcome your donation!   You will be directly affecting our communities and our future.
