Join us on 14th June for a 7km fun run around Trenchmore Farm, organised in conjunction with RunBrighton

The run starts in the farmyard, initially taking in our picturesque Silly Moo orchard. It then weaves around several fields, through scenic woodland and over farm tracks. As well as cows grazing, you'll likely spot various birdlife along the way, and might even see a deer or two, before finishing your run back in the farmyard.

Official start time is 12pm, with the yard open from 11am and music, food & drinks until 4pm.

All runners can enjoy:

a 3Bros wagyu or veggie/vegan burger with fries

a pint of Silly Moo, local beer or soft drink

a free Silly Moo glass to take home

live music & DJ

prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd best fancy dress

Non-runners are welcome to purchase food & drink on the day without booking

T&C’s - please read before booking:

By entering this event, you are bound by our terms & conditions. Please read the following, for your safety on the run, and to respect Trenchmore Farm, cattle grazing in the fields, and members of the public who use rights of way through the farmland.

1. Remember, Silly Moo 7 is a fun run, rather than a race.

2. The run route starts and finishes in the farmyard, part of which is used for vehicular access. This will be particularly busy before and after the run, with the arrival and departure of event participants. There will also be other traffic as members of the public visit the farm shop. Please be alert to this at all times, take care accordingly, and adhere to any signage and direction given by event staff.

3. Those driving to the event, drive slowly, on arrival and departure, in the vicinity of the farmyard.

4. Watch your footing on the run. The terrain of the course is rough underfoot in places, causing potential trip hazards, and is likely to be slippery if wet and muddy after heavy rainfall.

5. As this is a cross-country run, you might have a more enjoyable experience wearing trail shoes.

6. Be aware of any low-hanging branches in the woods.

7. Be courteous & friendly to others on public rights of way through the farm.

8. Where the run route follows the perimeter of a field, please do not take short cuts through that field, as doing so is likely to cause damage.

9. There will be water available in the farmyard. Otherwise, you should take responsibility for your own hydration on the run.

10. Do not drop water cups, energy gel wrappers or any other litter on the course.

11. In addition to signage, there will be marshals sited at various points on the course. Listen out for directions, and any instructions, given by the marshals.

12. If you feel unwell or pick up an injury likely to be made worse with further running, you should return to the start.

13. A tail marshal will follow the back runner to the finish. Anyone choosing to deviate from the run route will then continue at their own risk.

14. The course is unsuitable for buggies.

15. Dogs are permitted but must be held on a short lead at all times.

16. Participants under the age of 18 years may only enter if a parent or guardian signs up on their behalf.

17. Participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

18. Once registered for the event, unfortunately refunds cannot be made as catering will be arranged for the number of participants signed up.
