Remote SIM and coaching workshop to support GP Trainees transition back to clinical practice after a period of absence.

<h2>This course will help support you with the things you need to consider in preparation for your return to work, including:</h2> ● Simulations with simulated patients to practice your clinical knowledge and skills in managing common scenarios in General Practice.● A faciliated session with a coaching approach to facilitate personal wellbeing in the context of work pressures.● Peer support and a safe environment to reflect on your transition.
