Free workshop for people who have something to say about mental health and wellbeing.

Whether you have lived experience, you are a carer or your work is related to mental health, we'd love to have you along. We'll look at:

• The value of using images on social media
• Creating simple graphics with words and pictures
• Free online tools for making graphics

There is no charge for the workshop, we just want you to use what you learn to say something positive about mental health and wellbeing.

If you have a smartphone or a laptop, please bring it along, but don't worry if you don't have one.
