Deep K Kailey, the artistic director of WSWF*, introduces Simran; a focused practice for the mind.This one hour session is an opportunity to explore a technique that eliminates thoughts and the internal chatter to get the mind in control, so that the mind can establish a permanent sense of peace and resilience.Sessions are relaxing and impactful.Free and all are welcome.*WSWF champions the arts as a catalyst for social change. We foster a genuine exchange and dialogue around art, spirituality and mind wellbeing through contemporary Sikh knowledge.
