Singing Day with Bob Chilcott

Bob Chilcott, one of the UK's leading choral composers and conductors, will be leading singers through some of his own pieces

Bob will be running his third Ilkley Singing Day, working through some of the compositions which he did not cover in 2022 or 2024.

Scores will be provided, and there will be an opportunity during the day to purchase music (which he is always very happy to sign).

Light refreshments are provided during the morning and afternoon breaks, but you will need to bring your own lunch - or pop into Ilkley to buy a sandwich.

The venue, Ilkley Grammar School, is about ten minutes' walk from the station (with a hill involved); some free parking will be available in the school grounds and there is a mixture of free and paid parking on the streets in the area.

Friends and family are very welcome to join us at 3.45 for half an hour when we will sing through the day's music.
