What is included in the event ticket?

Each ticket includes all painting supplies, including a canvas, paints, brushes, and an apron. You’ll also receive a complimentary drink (Prosecco) on arrival.

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

The Theme of the event is Pastels & Prosecco (Fall Edition), so that beautiful flower dress or shirts would do. However, you can wear whatever you like while aprons will be provided, we recommend wearing something comfortable that you wouldn't mind getting a bit of paint on, just in case!

Do I need any prior painting experience?

Accepted Answer

No experience is required! Our professional instructors will guide you step-by-step through the painting process. It’s all about having fun and enjoying the experience. It's all about creative expression, not perfection.

Can I bring my own drinks or food?

Accepted Answer

We’ve got you covered! Due to venue policies, outside food and beverages are not permitted. However, a complimentary drink on arrival is included in your ticket price, and additional drinks and food can be purchased at the venue.

What happens if I can't make it after all?

Accepted Answer

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 7days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 7days or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the ticket.

Can I come with a group?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We encourage groups to attend together. If you're booking with friends, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to seat you together.

What if the event is fully booked?

Accepted Answer

If the event is fully booked, we’ll add you to our waiting list. We’ll contact you immediately if a spot opens up. Be sure to confirm your interest promptly if contacted, as spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
