A WhatsApp Group is also available for loving support, community and connection.

What is a woman’s embodiment circle?
This is a space, a community of sisters coming together to feel safe, seen, held and heard.
A judgement free space, where, what is spoke stays within.
Working with embodiment tools, somatic release, soft breath practices, you will be gifted the tools to take home to connect with your divine self, along with a connection to fellow sisters, building a strong sisterhood.
By working with embodiment tools, you may:
- Release stored emotions, trauma, and limiting beliefs
- Strengthen self-awareness and broadening your capacity to hold more abundance, love etc
- Deep connection and sisterhood
- Feeling seen, heard and held
- Self-love, empowerment and confidence
- A consistant space with WhatApp group of sisters
- Journaling, inquiry and somatic
How to Prepare for the Session;
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Bring a water bottle
- Cushions, and blankets are provided
- Journal and pen
- Please arrive 5-10min before the circle to feel at ease and settled before we begin
Each circle is intuitively run and working with what is present in the moment, honouring each and every woman's journey and presence, held in unconditional sisterly support, no two circles are the same.
Know that each circle is a confidential space and everything spoken, released and transmitted, stays within the circle.
