Course outline

The classroom course has been defined as a 2-day course including lessons, practicals and ‘pop quiz’ assessments. Students will be able to work through exercises throughout the lessons and should leave the course with a training manual that contains the content presented and the exercises that they have worked through.

Training Scenario: You’re a marketing executive who needs to create a new section on the website to support a multi-channel campaign for the promotion of online competition. This means:

2. Building the Competition Form and adding it to the website
3. Creating a Campaign to measure and evaluate all the channel promotion and goal completions
4. Creating Goals for the Landing Page, a Document download and the Form Completion
5. Profiling and Tagging content
6. Using personalisation to promote the competition and on completion, then promote the Download
7. Using Testing to test differing Calls to Action
