In our fast-paced world, stress and overwhelm can feel unavoidable. But within each of us lies an innate capacity for calm, clarity, and presence — it just takes practice to access it.
This 6-week workshop offers a warm, supportive introduction to mindfulness and meditation. Through guided practices, group discussion, and compassionate self-inquiry, you'll learn foundational techniques including breath awareness, body scans, and mindful walking, while developing practical skills to work with physical sensations, emotions, and thought patterns.
No prior experience necessary — just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
