Transitions UK is an exciting charity supporting young people aged 14-25 years in ways that change their lives.We currently support young people who:-Have Learning Disabilities and Special Needs-Are at Risk of Offending or Criminal Exploitation-Are Leaving Care-Have Mental Health and Emotional NeedsPlease help us to support these young people, to ensure that they transition into healthy, inclusive, successful and happy adult lives!

Planet Ice Milton Keynes are hosting our charity TransitionsUK Skate'a'thon. Come and join us for an afternoon full of lots of laughter, competition's, food and much more.
