About this event

  • 2 hours

Join us for an exciting talk by local astrophotographer, Lee Hunt, where he’ll take you on a virtual journey through the night skies of Lancashire, from our planetary neighbours to distant galaxies.

Find out what can be seen with the naked eye, basic equipment and more advanced photography of the wonders of our night sky.

(The talk will be split into two halves, with a pie and peas supper served during the break.)

If the sky is clear, there will be an opportunity to view some of the wonders with Starsmith telescopes!

Recommended for children 10+. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Capacity for this event is limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.

The event will take place in the Meadow Lake Suite.

Parking is included as part of the ticket price.
