Slay 4 Lilly

We are raising funds to support a beautiful young women named Lilly and her family during an incredibly difficult time.

Get Ready for Slay 4 Lilly!

Lilly has spent her life bravely battling serious heart and lung conditions. In 2019, she underwent a life-saving heart and double lung transplant, giving her years she never thought she would have. She returned to school, began college, and lived with strength, gratitude and joy.

Lilly's journey touched so many hearts and was shared nationally on BBC breakfast, the BBC news channel and Wales today on BBC One Wales.

In 2024, Lilly was devastatingly diagnosed with chronic rejection of her transplanted lungs. After all treatment options were exhausted, she is now receiving palliative care, with the focus on comfort and quality of life. Lilly is currently on end of life care.

We are raising funds to help Lilly spend her remaining time surrounded by her family and friends, creating meaningful memories while living with comfort and dignity.
