As part of Feel Good February, the Diversity & Equality Team are pleased to invite you to attend this; Sleep - Are you getting enough? session

Transform Lives will be delivering a Sleep - Are you getting enough session for University of Liverpool staff and Students. The session will introduce some key ways and top tips to getting a good night sleep and explore why sleep is so important to support our physical and mental health and wellbeing.

The Session lasts around 1 hour and will be delivered online through Zoom
