Come and join us for our sleep awareness workshop and discover some of the key processes of sleep, the need for sleep and how sleep affects our physical and mental health. We'll uncover sleep hygiene and dicover ways that you can make positive behaviour changes to support a good night of sleep.

Good sleep is a key pillar of health but is often overlooked in favour of diet and exercise. Throughout this workshop we will reframe the importance and prioity that sleep should play in our lives.

Wirral Mind is a local, independent mental health charity providing services to adults in our community with mental health problems and/or learning disabilities.

We aim to normalise the conversation around mental health, tackle stigma and discrimination, promote understanding and support our community to live mentally healthier lives.
