The sessions are hosted by Will Shipp, Social Prescribing Lead who will sometimes introduce special guest experts for some focused wellbeing learning and activities.
About the session:
Learn what could be getting in the way of you sleeping better and easy ways you could set yourself up for sleepy success!
In this session we will talk through some evidence based sleep supporting habits and sleep disrupting habits and end with some tiny action planning to start making small changes as an investment in your future sleep and health!
The fascinating thing about sleep is that good sleep is made as soon as you start day, join us to learn why!
What to expect
Help yourself to a herbal tea or water as we gather and Will introduces this weeks topic or expert.
We will usually do a round of names and a few deep breaths together to settle down.
Each session will be unique with either Will or the expert guest guiding people through discussions, learning and practical exercises to improve wellbeing
We will then give you the chance to ask questions, chat (if you'd like) and write down your goals and how you can take the information into your life.
