Hello to new ‘sleepers’ and welcome back to previous sleepers!
Join Simon on the Streets in our 20th year for our BIGGEST event of the year – Sleep with Simon!
Rough sleeping is on the increase. Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield and Kirklees, where we concentrate our outreach support, are getting busier and busier. For us to continue to support entrenched rough sleepers in our community we need your help. We are an independent charity and fundraising events such as these are our life blood.
Take on the challenge of sleeping out for a night and raise funds for those struggling with homelessness. Sleepouts cannot replicate the sheer terror that our service users face most nights but it will give you an idea of what it is like to sleep out for a night. We will hold a number of events during the sleepout to help raise participants' knowledge and awareness of the situation and our outreach teams discuss their work with you.
Your registration fee books you one space on the ground for the night, an evening meal and breakfast together with the evening we have planned. It also includes a limited edition ‘I Slept with Simon’ T-shirt and other goodies!
