Sleep issues are common for children and young people and can have a huge impact on the quality of family life. This two-hour interactive workshop looks at the importance of sleep, understanding of sleep science, causes of sleep issues and strategies to help.This workshop is suitable for parents/carers whose children are aged 1+ years. Once you have registered for the session you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions please email us at ehparenttrainers@warwickshire.gov.ukWe regret that there is no childcare available for this workshop so please do not attend with children. If you are unable to arrange childcare then take a look at our online virtual workshops that you can attend from your own home.
