<p>During this 60-minute sound bath, you will be guided into a state of deep rest through carefully layered sounds of Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, Chinese wind gong, Bodhran Drum, Sansula, Koshi bells and African Seed Shakers.<br>The session begins with gentle grounding to help you arrive fully in your body, followed by waves of sound that support relaxation and inner quiet. Different tones and rhythms work on the nervous system, helping to release tension, calm mental noise, and restore a sense of balance.</p>
