A morning of movement.

SLOW BURN is a morning retreat taking place in West London - designed as a considered pause in the week to move, reset, and unwind.

Created by best friends Jemima and Georgia, the concept behind Slow Burn is simple: to offer a space away from the pace of London life where people can step out of routine and reconnect with themselves in a calm, unforced environment.

The morning begins with a Pilates session led by Jemima, focused on strength, alignment, and controlled, intentional movement. This is followed by time to pause with refreshments and enjoy the space at a gentle pace.

Georgia will then lead a vinyasa flow yoga class designed to feel grounded, restoring and rebalancing the body and mind.

An optional nutritious breakfast will be available afterwards, with time to stay or take it away.

Throughout the morning, guests will also receive a selection of curated touches and small details designed to elevate the experience in a subtle, thoughtful way.
