Slow Flow Sundays - Spring Reset Edition
Join me for a monthly reset for mind, body and soul. Sessions include breathwork, intention setting, slow flow yoga and meditation.
Take some time for you and join me for a monthly one hour Slow Flow Yoga class.
We will focus on:
- Strength - working core muscles to support an active lifestyle;
- Mobility - helping to move with ease and reduce aches and pains;
- Calm - regulating the nervous system to aid better sleep and reduce stress.
You will be guided through breathwork to prepare for intention setting, before a slow yoga flow, followed by a relaxing meditation.
Small group sessions with the option to stay for a drink and a chat at the end of class.
Suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience practising yoga.
£12 advance booking required.
Mats, props and a calming environment provided.
