Slow Flow Yoga

A perfect class after a busy day at work, or to help set the tone for moving forward into the week ahead with ease.

This class is about meeting you where you are as you step into the week. Challenging ourselves with a gentler approach, this class is not only about moving and building strength in your body, but also about finding time to slow down, find alignment, connect with our mind, breath and body, and improve concentration and balance.

The sessions will include elements of meditation, pranyama (breathwork), and flowing through asanas at a slower pace, holding some poses for a slightly longer duration to get a deeper stretch and release tension. This slow flow yoga class is open for all levels and is beginner friendly - guidance and options for modifications will be given throughout.

Certified 200hr Yoga Teacher in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga and Restorative Yoga, Holistic Massage Therapist, professional Dance Artist and Visual Artist.
