Smart Infrastructure Workshop
Event Information
Description
Overview
Infrastructure plays a key role in society, from transportation to energy. Real-time monitoring becomes increasingly important for decision making. This requires an interdisciplinary approach, bringing engineers who design infrastructure together with engineers and scientists who design instrumentation and analysis.
Objectives

The objective of the workshop is to developing collaborative research proposals; a competitive call will be announced after the workshop for pump-priming. As such, the intended outcomes from the workshop are collaborative research ideas and proposals, whether for PhD projects or external research funding.
