The most recent edition, Smoke on Trent IV, took place on April 5, 2025, drawing fans from across the Midlands and beyond and raising £600 for the Dougie Mac Charity. Hosted in one of Staffordshire’s most iconic rock venues, the event showcases both established underground acts and rising talent.
