Meet Your Coaches
Mike
British Weightlifting Level 2 Coach with experience coaching athletes to the Commonwealth Games, European Championships and World Championships. Mike has also previously worked for British Weightlifting, bringing years of elite level coaching experience to every session.
Chase
British Weightlifting Level 2 Coach and CrossFit Coach. A multiple time medallist at the Welsh Championships and age group competitions, Chase combines competitive lifting experience with practical coaching to help athletes of all abilities improve.
