Snow Moon: Winter Wisdom
❄️ Snow Moon: Winter Wisdom ❄️ “May we learn that roots grow strong in darkness, not in light.”
❄️ Snow Moon: Winter Wisdom ❄️
“May we learn that roots grow strong in darkness, not in light.”
Under the luminous Snow Moon, we gather in sisterhood to honour the quiet power of winter.
This is a time of deep stillness, introspection, and gentle resilience — where the outer world slows and our inner landscapes speak more clearly.
In this circle, we’ll explore how life’s challenges shape wisdom, how rest can be a sacred act of re-creation, and how tending to ourselves in the dark prepares us for what is yet to bloom.
✨ What to expect:
• Guided LOB-style breathwork, inviting warmth into the body and softening the emotional field
• Journaling and intuitive drawing, reflecting on winter themes — what are you preserving? What are you patiently nurturing beneath the surface?
• A held space for sharing, reflection, and sisterly support, where every voice is welcome and nothing needs fixing
Come as you are — tired, tender, curious, or quietly hopeful.
This is an evening to slow down, listen inward, and be witnessed in the season of rest.
