At Harris &amp; Ross, winter is always busy as we support our patients in getting strong and healthy for the new year. We are also busy in our high performance section with our elite Red Bull snow sports stars, who are getting into prime condition for their various events. Stars such as Paddy Graham, the UK&#x27;s number one Free Skier.Paddy is joining us all the way from Austria, for our Snow Event on Tuesday 17th December here at Harris &amp; Ross, Wilmslow. He will share his latest snow film (that he features in but also produced with his company Legs of Steel), talk about how he gets fit for snow, and share his top tips. Skiing or snowboarding at altitude is one of life’s great pleasures, but also one of the most challenging and stressful environments to exercise. Those of us not used to regularly being at these altitudes (most recreational skiers and snowboarders) and who have not prepared themselves for the rigours it brings, can struggle. We like to assist our patients heading off for their snow trips, to be rigorous in their pre-snow exercises, to avoid having a post-trip injury rehab requirement! Spending time on preparation is the best way to stay out of trouble and enjoy your time on the piste to the max! We will have our experts there for your Q&amp;As, over a mince pie and some mulled wine.....So join us on 17th December to ensure you are as prepped as possible and have some top tips under your snow-hat from the sport&#x27;s best, Paddy Graham!
