<P>The AGM is exclusively for SoA Members and Associates, but one guest may accompany a member to the parallel sessions beforehand.</P>
<P>Members are invited to book TWO parallel sessions, which take place prior to the AGM. When booking a ticket for the parallel sessions, please let us know which you would like to book: ONE session from 'round one' and ONE session from 'round two'. Example choice: 1A, 2B.</P>

<P><STRONG>It's free for members to attend the AGM and £10 to attend the panel talks. Friends of the SoA are invited to join us for the panel talks and refreshments between 2.30pm to 6pm. These guest tickets are £20.</STRONG></P>

<H4 CLASS="MsoNormal">A:  What makes a good publicity campaign?<BR></H4>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">Publicist and founder of Riot Communications, Preena Gadher, alongside independently published author Adam Croft, share tips and experiences in running a successful publicity campaign, with journalist Helen Croydon.</P>
<H4 CLASS="MsoNormal">B: Writing for radio: adapting a classic for a new generation</H4>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">The BBC marked the 40th anniversary of Douglas Adams’ cult classic, <EM>The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy</EM>, with a new radio series featuring many of the original cast, as well as a cameo by the late Stephen Hawking. Series co-producers David Morley and Dirk Maggs discuss the work’s enduring legacy and appeal across page, stage, screen and radio, and share fascinating insights into how this sixth instalment – based on Eoin Colfer’s authorised sequel <EM>And Another Thing</EM> – was made.</P>

Join him in conversation with writer, editor and translator, <A HREF="https://www.societyofauthors.org/About-Us/Management-Committee/Daniel-Hahn" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Daniel Hahn</A>, discussing current issues and the state of the publishing industry.</P>
